About the Role
As Chapter Lead Testing youll guide a team of test practitioners to deliver high-quality outcomes across Suncorps technology platforms. Youll contribute to agile transformation build testing capability and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
- Lead and coach a team of testing professionals to deliver consistent high-quality outcomes
- Define and embed testing frameworks tools and standards across delivery teams
- Partner with engineering and delivery chapters to solve blockers and improve delivery speed
- Oversee testing activities ensuring appropriate scoping sizing and resourcing
- Build a community of practice that promotes learning collaboration and innovation
- Contribute to a team culture that attracts and retains top talent
What Youll Bring
- 5 years in test management and execution with 3 years in leadership roles
- Expertise in test automation agile testing and industry-standard frameworks
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes
- Experience in financial services preferably insurance
- ISTQB Foundation certification (preferred) and tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and solve problems methodically
