Welcome to Aligned Allied Health a modern mental allied health practice where our clinicians dont just work they thrive. We are a boutique practice growing in the Brisbane Gold Coast SEQ Telehealth space to provide innovative and evidence-based therapies across OT dietetics exercise physiology.

At Aligned Allied Health were not your average clinic. Were a boutique trauma-informed allied health collective based across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Our beautifully curated spaces holistic therapy approach and empowering team culture set the standard for new-age allied health. We are committed to supporting our therapists professional growth offering flexible work arrangements and providing fortnightly to monthly supervision and ongoing professional development (PD) support from accredited Mental Health Paediatric Adult and Aged Care Occupational Therapists.

Your Role:

Youll work across psychosocial adult aged care and/or paediatric caseloads based on your passion and skillset. Your day-to-day may include:

Delivering creative client-centred therapy sessions
Writing Functional Capacity AT Home & Living and Support Needs reports
Liaising with families support coordinators and external stakeholders
Tracking client progress and maintaining aligned clinical notes
Making a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent and trauma-affected clients
Paediatric or adult OT interventions
Psychosocial disability and trauma-informed mental health care
A realistic KPI model (5.5 client hours/day) because burnout isnt our vibe

About You:

Certification and registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA)
Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Drivers Licence and Personal Vehicle
NDIS Workers Screening Check (or open to obtaining)
Professional Insurance
Able to communicate effectively and establish positive relationships with clients co-workers and referring doctors
Strong organisational and collaborative skills
