About the role

As an Occupational Therapist at Northcott youll provide person-centred evidence-based therapy to children and adults across a varied caseload. Work closely with families and professionals to help people thrive with flexible options for in-person community or telehealth sessions in South Brisbane with opportunities for professional development.

What youll bring

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA eligibility/ registration or a positive Stage 1 OTC.
  • A person-centred evidence-based approach focused on real outcomes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients families and teams
  • Clear confident communication and teamwork skills
  • A growth mindset and passion for learning and collaboration
  • Good organisation and time management to manage a diverse caseload paediatric to adults.
