Must-have Skills
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven or product-oriented environments.
Strong experience in data analysis reporting and data visualization (Excel Power BI Tableau).
Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data querying and analysis.
Proven ability to write and manage user stories define functional requirements and develop use cases.
Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
Strong analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering business value.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Advanced English level excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with global stakeholders
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work including drafting analysis research or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
