Senior software Tester Engineer

We are seeking experienced Senior QA Engineers to join our Argentina campus team. These critical roles focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our customer-facing APIs and React Native mobile applications. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies building automated testing frameworks and maintaining high quality standards across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Confidently deliver high-quality test strategies and implementations applying critical thinking to products requirements and processes.
  
• Define test strategies according to each clients and businesss needs.
  
• Create and write test plans defining how tests will be structured and communicated.
  
• Work closely with clients.
  
• Have professional test engineering experience were thinking at least 5 years.
  
• Apply various types of testing methodologies and work collaboratively on implementation.
  
• Help mentor and coach a project team toward shared goals and outcomes.
  
• Navigate difficult conversations by providing constructive feedback to teams and clients.
  
• Identify obstacles to ensure quality improve user experience and enhance how we build tests.
  
• Be self-aware of limitations yet curious to learn new solutions while being receptive to constructive feedback from teammates.
  
• Guide your team to understand and work through changing priorities by bringing positive energy.
  
• Communicate and simplify complex problems to foster understanding across multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Apply your knowledge and findings at an organizational scale.
  

Requirements

• Experience with testing methodologies and implementation.
  
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate testing approaches and decisions to both clients and teammates.
  
• Solid professional programming experience and understanding of software architecture.
  
• Proven experience architecting and maintaining robust automated testing suites primarily for web and API platforms.
  
• Hands-on experience using and Selenium for automation.
  
• Strong understanding of API testing and integration validation across services.
  
• Advocate for SDLC best practices and quality-driven development processes.
  
• Agile development experience is assumed and expected.
  
• Demonstrated ability to recommend effective test strategies and tools for specific platform challenges.
  
• Passion for writing reliable secure and scalable code ensuring systems remain stable and high-performing.
  
• Experience mentoring teammates conducting code reviews and participating in pair programming sessions.
  
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  

• Experience testing for accessibility with tools such as screen readers and an appreciation for inclusive and accessible UI implementations.
  
• Experience writing and executing tests for SEO or Analytics.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins CircleCI Fastlane) and experience setting up deployment pipelines.
  
• Some experience with load performance penetration or security testing.
  
• Engagement in thought leadership (blog articles Git Gists Stack Overflow answers).
  
• Familiarity with one CMS: Episerver Sitefinity or AEM.
