Job Summary

SITE DIRECTOR (FULL-TIME): Before and After School Program Site Director

Location: Rio Vista; 1352 E Limberlost DR. Tucson AZ 85719

Schedule: the Site Director is expected to report at their site for both AM and PM shifts (roughly 32.5 hours per week w/ eligibility for benefits)

Pay & Benefits:

$18.50 - $21.50 per hour (depending on education)

As an AlphaBEST Site Director youll be trained to do the following:

Lead a fun and dedicated team of Group Leaders that deliver excitement to our students in fitness the arts technology and more!
Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite childrens sense of wonder.
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students interests and talents.
Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.

Heres what youll need:

Must have a degree (preferably in a relatable field) and/or the required amount of verifiable experience per AZ licensing regulations
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by AZ childcare licensing regulations
