About this role

Were looking for a Founding Software Engineer with strong backend and infrastructure experience to help build a next-generation data platform. This role offers the opportunity to design scalable systems partner directly with customers and shape the technical culture of an early-stage company from the ground up.

What were looking for

5 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in backend and API development using Python Java or Go.
Deep experience with cloud platforms and technologies (AWS Redis Temporal).
Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable reliable solutions.
Bonus points for:
Experience with agentic systems or LLM-enabled products.
Active use of AI tools during the development lifecycle.

What youll do

Design and build scalable systems to standardize data management across asset classes.
Develop infrastructure for ingesting transforming and analyzing structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate directly with customers to understand workflows and turn them into product features.
Play a key role in shaping technical culture hiring and roadmap alongside the founding team.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $175K $225K
Equity: Meaningful ownership
