Founding Software Engineer

About this role
Were looking for a Founding Software Engineer with strong backend and infrastructure experience to help build a next-generation data platform. This role offers the opportunity to design scalable systems partner directly with customers and shape the technical culture of an early-stage company from the ground up.
What were looking for
- 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in backend and API development using Python Java or Go.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms and technologies (AWS Redis Temporal).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable reliable solutions.
- Bonus points for:
- Experience with agentic systems or LLM-enabled products.
- Active use of AI tools during the development lifecycle.
What youll do
- Design and build scalable systems to standardize data management across asset classes.
- Develop infrastructure for ingesting transforming and analyzing structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand workflows and turn them into product features.
- Play a key role in shaping technical culture hiring and roadmap alongside the founding team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $175K $225K
- Equity: Meaningful ownership
