The Role

We are seeking a German-speaking Business Development Manager to join the DACH Sales team in this role you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and will play a key part in generating qualified opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.

Working within the DACH Sales Pod alongside a Territory Sales Manager Pre-Sales Specialist Customer Account Manager and Channel Sales Manager you will focus on business development and channel development to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

This is a hybrid position based in Dublin with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify qualify and develop new business opportunities through calls email social media events and networking.
  • Support joint go-to-market strategies with the Sales team including partner-led initiatives campaigns and events.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners and account managers.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach and structured sales methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC).
  • Provide insights on lead generation pipeline progression and market trends.
  • Share customer and competitor insights with internal teams to shape strategy.

About You

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in sales business development or channel sales.
  • Proven success working with channel partners.
  • Skilled in social selling research and CRM tools.
  • Strong relationship-builder with a consultative sales style.
  • Self-motivated ambitious and results-driven.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel when required.
