Role- This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer tolead agrowing team in afirm which enjoys an enviable reputation
- Advising onboth contentious and non-contentious construction matters
- Providing project support advice for the firms real estate/corporate/other departments
You- Will ideally have an existing local/regional client base to transfer and be ready to grow the practice
- A mixed non-contentious and contentious skill set (specialists in either also considered)
- 10 years PQE with experience across a broad range of construction matters
- Knowledge of the main standard form construction contracts in particular JCT/NEC.
- Experience of non-contentious/Transactional construction advice and contentious advice re: typical dispute resolution forums
