Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions from quote to cash
- Support the EMEA Customer Service Team and collaborators with all aspects of order processing
- Respond proactively to customer queries via phone and email
- Support projects related to customer happiness
- Ensure adherence to export and legal guidelines for national and international transactions
- Preserve master data in ERP and CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Flawless communication skills both written and verbal in English German would be a plus
- Ability to successfully implement and adhere to strict guidelines and processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively operate ERP and CRM platforms (SalesForce strongly preferred)
