Whats the role
Youll be leading the charge on merchant risk and collections across Westpacs Merchant Acquiring portfolio shaping strategy driving performance and making sure were ahead of the curve in a fast-moving high-stakes environment. This is a senior leadership role where youll own the end-to-end risk and collections capability influence across the value chain and represent Westpac at industry forums to elevate our risk practices.
Youll manage a high-performing team working closely with partners in distribution marketing risk tech and operations. Your focus will be delivering sustainable outcomes protecting shareholder value and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of compliance innovation and customer advocacy.
This is a full-time Sydney-based role working from both Paramatta and CBD locations. Youll report to the Head of Merchant Acquiring and lead a team of nine direct reports.
