The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to join tour Supply Chain & Operations practice. This leadership role involves managing client engagement teams delivering high-impact professional services across a broad client base and contributing to business development efforts on strategic and global priority accounts.

Our Supply Chain & Operations team supports clients in driving transformation and improving operational efficiency across several key areas including spend management through cost optimization category management and strategic sourcing; procurement operating model transformation; digitalization of procurement processes; day-to-day procurement operations; and integrating Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) considerations.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping clients optimize their procurement function and enhance overall business performance through innovative and sustainable supply chain strategies

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting engagements focused on enhancing operational performance for oil and gas clients.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies leveraging digital technologies such as AI IoT and Digital Twins.
• Drive the implementation of innovative solutions that optimize processes reduce costs and enhance productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels within client organizations to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital technology and the oil and gas sector to provide clients with informed insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposal development.

To qualify for the role

• Bachelors degree in petroleum engineering Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry with at least 3 years of experience in Management Consulting.
• Proven expertise in operational performance improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of current digital technology trends including AI IoT and Digital Twins.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Ideally youll also have

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities including experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams
