Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a Project Manager Analyst trainee to join our Delivery and Performance team in Madrid ES or Barcelona ES.
This position will suit a highly motivated student to start their career within the leading global Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets joining a successful team with exceptional Multinational clients.
Our ideal candidate will have technical background and good personal soft skills with innovative and digital orientation. Will be part of our Delivery and Performance team reporting to Sr Project Manager
Role accountabilities:
- Analysis and monitoring of project financial and operational KPIs.
- Assistance in project resource and cost planning.
- Support during the project execution and control phase in the ERP.
- Support for the implementation of The Arcadis Way procedures and tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer and Masters degree in Engineering (ongoing studies).
- Full professional English and Spanish (reading writing and speaking) is a must. Portuguese will be highly valuable.
- Timely delivery consistency and quality of deliverable to team and client expectations in compliance with our business quality systems.
- Engagement with and adoption of the Arcadis Way and Arcadis core values.
