About the role

In this role you will provide locally based leadership coordination and management of Carpentarias therapy services across Alice Springs the Central Desert and Barkly regions overseeing the delivery of high-quality person-centred therapy supports tailored to urban and remote communities. This role works in collaboration with the Alice Springs Regional Manager Operations driving high standards of service delivery quality and safeguarding compliance and cultural safety whilst enabling sustainable business growth and strong stakeholder engagement.
