Location: Duluth area

Pay: $30 - $35 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm some weekends as needed on-call rotation with other properties

In this position you will be responsible for refurbishing apartments prior to resident occupancy providing maintenance services to include general repairs of equipment painting carpentry and limited extermination services. You will use your own vehicle to drive to other properties and you will be reimbursed for mileage. You will need to provide and use your own basic tools.

We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who has 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. You must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills. You must have reliable transportation and a Chief Boilers license.
