The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with solar panels inverters and other system components with the ability to troubleshoot repair and maintain systems to prevent downtime or underperformance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on solar energy systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair solar panels inverters wiring and other system components.
- Monitor system performance and address underperformance or faults promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and system performance data.
- Collaborate with the installation and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Follow all safety standards and protocols while on-site.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in solar operations and maintenance.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in solar energy systems preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and maintenance of solar energy systems.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills for electrical and solar systems.
- Familiarity with solar inverters monitoring systems and electrical components.
- Journeymans Electrical License is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
