As aSenior TechOps Manager on the Technology Operations team youll play a vital role in driving operational excellence across R&D. Youll manage budgets and workforce planning lead strategic cross-functional projects and create scalable processes that enable our technology teams to perform at their best. This role gives you the opportunity to shape how a global R&D organization runs and thrives.
To thrive in this role youll need:
- 5 years of experience in Technology Operations Program/Project Management or Finance/Operations within a tech or R&D environment.
- Strong knowledge of budget management financial tracking and workforce planning.
- Proven track record leading complex cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision making.
Bonus points if you have:
- Background in project management methodologies (Agile PMP or similar).
- Experience working in a global R&D or technology organization.
How youll make an impact:
- Own and manage R&D operating budgets vendor spend and workforce planning.
- Partner with Finance and HR on headcount planning hiring and forecasting.
- Track and report on OPEX/CAPEX financial commitments and budget vs. actuals.
- Build and improve operational processes that drive R&D productivity and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional projects ensuring execution risk management and accountability.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of TechOps supporting key cadences such as QBRs and OKR planning.
