Wolt is on a mission to build the digital infrastructure for the future of local commerce. As our operations expand rapidly across multiple markets were now looking for an Accounting Lead to take ownership of the Procure-to-Pay (PtP) function a critical area within our Accounting organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a scalable PtP operation while driving continuous improvement and shaping the future of our finance processes. Youll work in a fast-paced agile environment where your ideas and ownership truly matter.

What youll do

• Lead the end-to-end PtP function within the Accounting organization covering invoice management payment processing vendor controls and reconciliations.
• Build and lead a team to support the PtP process across multiple markets or take an existing setup to the next level as we grow.
• Drive operational excellence by designing and implementing streamlined automated and scalable processes.
• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance including alignment with SOX and audit readiness.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement Legal Tech and wider Finance teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Be a change agent who contributes to Wolts global finance transformation journey.

What were looking for

• Solid background in accounting or finance with specific experience in leading PtP / AP functions.
• Experience in shared service center (SSC) leadership or similar centralized accounting operations is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to scale and optimize processes in a fast-growth agile organization.
• Understanding of financial compliance frameworks and internal controls (e.g. SOX).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A hands-on mindset willing to dig into the details and roll up your sleeves when needed.
