What impact youll make:
As a Leader of the Finance Systems team you will be an active contributor to the simplification of the Power systems infrastructure and standardization of the COE processes ensuring adequate financial flows and closing routines.
What youll do
Lead the Finance systems COE organization for both Oracle and SAP technologies
Ensure the ERP performances are robust in partnership with the DT organization
Ensure all accounting flows across Subledger and General Ledgers are accurate and on time
Collect all new systems improvements with the CFOs and their team and implement them
Lead the monthly and Quarterly closing activities in partnership with the finance community
Perform monthly and quarterly KPIs to ensure standard work adoption and improvements
Execute as training to the end users on ERP design and accounting flows
Collaborate and assist the rest of the Finance systems and Controllership organization
What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelors degree from an accredited university/college in Accounting Finance or relevant discipline
Major experience of Finance systems related work
Prior COE related experiences managing important volume of data
Led a team of accounting and technical experts
Analytical mindset flexibility to pivot strategy and can-do attitude.
Fluent English knowledge is essential
