Job Description

As the Issue Resolution Lead you drive safe compliant and customer-focused business practices across the Retail Bank. You lead a team and collaborate across squads and tribes to manage risk deliver remediation programs and support vendor governance and data ownership.

What youll do

  • Lead risk identification triage root cause analysis and stakeholder reporting.
  • Manage large-scale customer remediation programs.
  • Guide agile squads on risk prioritisation and sprint planning.
  • Improve product and service delivery through structural enhancements.
  • Oversee vendor lifecycle management and outsourcing controls.
  • Advise on regulatory changes and strategic risk initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of accountability transparency and continuous improvement.

What were looking for

  • 3 years experience in risk compliance or business operations.
  • Proven success in remediation delivery and vendor governance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to lead through ambiguity and change.
  • A customer-first approach and a drive for continuous improvement.

Bonus if You Have:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Business Risk or related fields.
  • Experience in data governance and IT asset management.
  • Financial acumen and proficiency in Excel.
