POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and organized LKC Site Coordinator to join our team and support the operational efficiency of our Legacy Kids Care (LKC) program. This role will focus on streamlining administrative processes providing support to Assistant Principals and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The LKC site coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing program quality and promoting student well-being.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Administrative Support:

  • Review and approve time clock entries ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

  • Maintain organized records of staff hours and attendance updating as needed.

  • Complete other administrative tasks as required to support program operations.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a liaison between the LKC program campus administration and parents.

  • Respond to emails and phone calls from LKC staff families and stakeholders promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Complete record-keeping document preparation and data entry for the LKC program.

  • Coordinate with Program Coordinator regarding staffing needs onboarding procedures and training requirements.

Program Support:

  • Create and/or review daily/weekly staff and rotation schedules based on enrollment and activity requirements.

  • Ensure campus calendars and assigned spaces align with program needs.

  • Ensure necessary supplies are available and the program is set up for daily operations.

Communication and Follow-Up:

  • Follow up on issues or concerns identified during program monitoring or compliance reviews promptly addressing them.

  • Communicate with parents as needed providing updates or addressing inquiries related to the LKC program.

Training and Follow-Up:

  • Conduct brief staff training sessions on specific topics or areas for improvement as needed.

  • Ensure all staff members are updated on program changes or updates.

Program Monitoring and Observations:

  • Rotate between campuses during operating hours to observe program activities staff interactions and overall quality.

  • Note observations or areas for improvement to discuss with the Program Coordinator and program staff.

  • Act as a substitute staff member if needed to ensure program coverage and support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative support roles preferably in an educational or childcare setting.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to childcare programs is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma/GED required.

Location:

  • Based in Texas with travel between campuses as needed.
