Job Description

As aSTRATEGIC SERVICES ASSOCIATEon the residential Screening Compliance Team you will play a critical role in supporting our communities by managing rental applications ensuring move-in compliance and maintaining positive relationships with applicants and residents. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented empathetic and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Manage Applications & Screening:Accurately process multi-family rental applications verify move-in criteria generate lease agreements and maintain detailed records to support reporting and audits.
  • Support Residents & Applicants:Act as a trusted guide by answering questions promptly assisting applicants through the screening and move-in process and providing excellent customer service across phone email and other channels.
  • Ensure Compliance:Apply Fair Housing company policies and state/federal regulations consistently while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate Communication:Deliver notices electronically enforce rental criteria and policies and collaborate with Community and Operations teams to ensure a smooth applicant and resident experience.
  • Safeguard Processes:Use fraud detection tools to verify application legitimacy and make informed approval/denial decisions.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement:Identify trends recommend process enhancements and partner with leadership on special projects or emerging needs.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Detail-oriented accurate and deadline-driven with strong organizational skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management leasing or customer service.
  • Skilled communicator who builds trust and maintains strong relationships.
  • Professional empathetic and resident-focused; calm and patient under pressure.
  • Comfortable using office software screening systems and online platforms.
  • Team-oriented adaptable and supportive in a collaborative environment.
  • Flexible to support a nationwide portfolio including occasional evenings or weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company you will be eligible per birth adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth adoption or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
