Associate Content Designer | Home Client Services

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week.

Red Ventures is seeking an Associate Content Designer to join our Home Client Services team. As an Associate Content Designer youll play a pivotal role in writing for and crafting content within engaging user experiences that simplify and optimize the purchase journey for our clients brands. Youll develop content for user-centric experiences that include landing pages educational and AI-driven recommendation tools product buy-flows and more. Youll be part of a highly collaborative creative team that thrives on solving complex problems leveraging data to enhance user experiences and driving innovation and performance for our business. Youll get to do all of this while working alongside a highly collaborative team of product designers analysts engineers and UX researchers.

What Youll Do:

• Write content and microcopy for landing pages recommendation tools product buy-flows and more
• Develop copy about products unique offers and for paid media ads
• Use your knowledge of product design and UX to inform content strategy
• Use data research findings and performance metrics to optimize existing site experiences
• Develop your user research capabilities to help facilitate user testing that informs our customer experiences
• Identify opportunities to improve performance enhance content strategy and propose solutions
• Think systematically to enhance our content strategy content libraries and workflows for ease of use and efficiency
• Develop subject-matter expertise understand user problems business goals how competitors solve them and where gaps exist
• Effectively balance user needs and business goals
• Assist and support teammates through collaboration critique and feedback
• Be autonomous crave accountability and take responsibility for every detail every step of the way
• Explore and utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance creative ideation

What Were Looking For:

• 1 years of writing experience
• Writing samples or a portfolio of work
• A firm grip on UX and digital content principles
• Experience using data to iterate on existing digital experiences
• Youre a strong communicator and collaborator whos inspired to deliver great work and bring a strategy to life
• A team-oriented coachable and highly motivated personality
• The ability to self-edit work manage priorities and confidently present work to internal stakeholders
• You are always looking to grow your abilities through feedback and collaboration
• You enjoy staying flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing environment with multiple projects to juggle
• A sense of humor and eagerness to participate in a fun collaborative culture
• You love what you do try to have fun every day and have a great sense of humor

Compensation:

This range reflects total cash compensation which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus depending on the role. Where eligible equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location experience and qualifications.

• Total Cash Compensation Range: $42000 $57000 per year
