Job Summary
**Job Summary:**
Bay-CSS is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a 1:1 support position in a residential setting in Gambrills MD. The DSP will provide individualized care and support to residents with developmental disabilities working Monday through Friday from 4pm to 9pm.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation and car insurance
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide one-on-one support to residents with daily living activities
- Assist individuals in achieving personal goals
- Administer medication under medical personnels direction
- Document individual progress and incidents
- Collaborate with the care team to meet residents needs
