The Role
We are hiring a Relationship Manager to grow Insight PBS through smart outreach and strong partnerships. You will engage referrers and sector stakeholders promote our Positive Behaviour Support services and keep communication clear on service availability and lead times. You will report to the Marketing & Engagement Manager and work closely with Allocations and Clinical Operations. Your focus is referral quality conversion and brand credibility.

We are an NDIS registered behaviour support provider. We work with participants with complex support needs across multiple states. We care about ethical marketing trauma-informed practice and doing what we say we will do. What you will do
- Implement outreach plans to grow referrals from support coordinators plan managers and allied health teams
- Build pipelines through calls meetings conferences expos and follow-ups
- Hold informed conversations about our scope referral process lead times and capacity
- Set clear expectations with referrers and keep them updated on service availability
- Track leads follow-ups and conversion in our CRM
- Report trends risks and wins use data to refine outreach
- Share sector insights with the team demand shifts workforce capacity NDIS updates
- Model professional conduct aligned to Insight PBS values and privacy requirements
