Position - IT Project Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our growing team. This role will involve managing multiple projects across Web/Mobile Applications and Salesforce implementations with an added advantage if youre aware of the evolving AI landscape.
Youll be working closely with cross-functional teams ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and meet the highest quality standards. Exceptional communication and multitasking skills are a must as youll be coordinating with internal teams stakeholders and possibly clients across several initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously across Web Mobile and Salesforce platforms.
- Liaise between technical teams designers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Track progress manage risks and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure project documentation status reports and deliverables are well-maintained.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders ensuring clarity on timelines expectations and deliverables.
- Stay updated on trends in AI and assess opportunities to incorporate AI elements into projects when applicable.
Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in project management preferably in tech-focused environments.
- Proven experience managing Web and/or Mobile application development projects.
- Exposure to Salesforce projects is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-project environment.
- Awareness of current trends and developments in AI technologies is a plus.
- PMP or similar certification is a bonus but not required.
