Job Summary

Ventia is seeking multiple Telecommunications Claims Administrators to join our growing team within the Finance Department supporting the NBN Field Module Contract. These are newly created roles driven by business growth. We will consider candidates based in Brisbane Sydney and Melbourne.

Youll play a key role in validating technician claims for NBN activation and assurance works ensuring accuracy compliance and timely resolution of disputes. This is a fast-paced and autonomous role.

Key responsibilities

Verify technician claims against business rules and artefacts
Communicate with technicians to resolve non-compliant or incomplete submissions
Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to resolve disputes and optimise cashflow
Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting
Use internal systems (Novus) and Excel for data entry and analysis

What were looking for

Telecommunications industry experience highly regarded not essential
Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP)
Finance or claims processing experience advantageous
Strong verbal and written communication with high attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive efficient and a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
