About the role
As our Senior Practitioner in our Family Preservation Program youll play a key role in supporting strengthening families so children can remain safely at home and thrive. The program provides targeted voluntary child protection services to families at high risk of entering or escalating within the statutory child protection system.
In this senior position youll balance a smaller caseload with mentoring and practice support for your colleagues. Youll be a trusted source of guidance on complex cases help embed a trauma-informed strengths-based approach and collaborate with leaders to shape and refine how the program is delivered. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on families while also contributing to the growth and capability of the broader team.
