Job Description
Floating Security Officer Framingham Corporate Campus
Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours) Must be available for 1st 2nd & 3rd shifts
About the Role
Are you someone who thrives on variety adapts quickly and enjoys a challenge As a Floating Security Officer no two days are the same. Youll play a critical role in keeping our clients people property and assets safe by providing security coverage across multiple sites. This position is perfect for individuals who want stability with a schedule but excitement and variety in their daily environment.
What Youll Do
Serve as a visible security presence to deter incidents and ensure a safe environment.
Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents alarms and emergencies.
Monitor access points patrol client properties and report safety/security concerns.
Adapt quickly to new post orders site-specific procedures and client needs.
Maintain accurate detailed daily activity reports.
Provide outstanding customer service while representing Securitas with professionalism.
What You Bring
Valid Drivers License & reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work days nights weekends and holidays.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Previous customer service experience (security experience a plus but not required).
A team-player mindset with a professional dependable attitude.
