ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Property Management to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence across a portfolio of multifamily residential properties. This senior-level role is responsible for driving financial performance delivering exceptional resident experiences and leading a team of Regional Managers with potential oversight of Maintenance Managers and operational support professionals in the Minneapolis and Omaha markets. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the Vice President of Property Management is one of three VPs who will design and execute innovative strategies for sales marketing and financial management while ensuring compliance and operational consistency. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact by developing high-performing teams enhancing community satisfaction and guiding the overall success of the property management division.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with extensive experience in property management or a comparable service-driven industry. With a minimum of ten years of leadership experience they have a demonstrated ability to inspire teams navigate complex operational challenges and achieve results in occupancy revenue growth and resident satisfaction. This individual brings strong financial acumen analytical skills and a track record of managing budgets and vendor partnerships.
