Qualifications :
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Strong analytical communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in IT Change Management / ITIL / ITSM (Incident Problem & Knowledge Management)
Experience in planning and conducting meetings
Ability to manage multiple priorities (routine and ad-hoc)
Ability to communicate with ITSM end-users vendors and all levels of management
Skill Levels:
Analytical Communication Negotiation Problem Solving Multi-tasking Training: Levels 13 03 years
IT Service Management Meeting Facilitation: Levels 45 45 years
