RRD is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Management Summer Intern!
**THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE!**
Responsibilities
- Market & Competitive Research: Conduct research on industry trends competitive product features and emerging technologies to identify potential new opportunities or threats.
- Data Analysis Support: Assist Product Managers by analyzing product usage data customer feedback and A/B test results to uncover insights and inform decision-making.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Help maintain and organize product documentation including feature specifications user stories and internal knowledge bases.
- Customer Feedback Aggregation: Help organize categorize and synthesize feedback collected from various channels (e.g. support tickets sales calls surveys) to identify key pain points and feature requests.
- Feature Scoping & Definition: Work with a Product Manager to draft basic requirements or user stories for minor features or product improvements.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Attend and document outcomes from meetings with IT Client Services Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
- User Testing Support: Assist in setting up running and documenting findings from usability tests or interviews with target users.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as Business Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail Docs Sites Groups) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.
- Basic understanding of product management and product development lifecycle.
Additional Information :
The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $24 / addition to base pay depending on the role the total compensation package may also include overtime shift differential call-in and stand-by pay.
