Job Description
- Coordinating with clients to submit their document for reviewing
- Process for Certify true copy Attestation Letter Confirmation Letter
- Issue quotation and invoice
- Coordinating with internal teams ; The representative will need to coordinate with other internal teams to ensure that customer requests and inquiries are handled effenciently
- Deliverable certificate package to client
- Support other assignment (if required)
Qualification
- Bechelor in any field
- Experience of 1-2 year up in Customer Services
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Interpersonal skills with service minded
- Fair command of reading and writing in English with computer literacy
