Position: Supervisor (Safety Officer Professional Food Manufacturing Industry)
Location: Samut Prakan
Responsibilities:
จดทำแผนงานดานความปลอดภย อาชวอนามย และสงแวดลอมประจำป ใหสอดคลองกบ FSSC / GMP / HACCP
วเคราะหงาน (Risk Assessment / HIRA) ทง Safety Risk และ Food Safety Risk ในพนทผลตอาหาร
ตรวจสอบความปลอดภยของเครองจกร อปกรณ Utility ทเกยวของกบกระบวนการผลตอาหาร
รวมตรวจ GMP & PRP ภายในพนทผลต (Glass/Brittle Foreign matter zoning hygiene)
จดทำ Investigation และ RCA เมอเกด Accident / Near Miss / Food Safety Incident
กำกบการปฏบตตาม Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) Permit to Work Confined Space
จดทำ Training Safety & Hygiene รวมกบ QA ใหพนกงานใหมและพนกงานประจำสายการผลต
จดทำรายงานดานความปลอดภยเสนอตอนายจาง และหนวยงานภาครฐตามขอกำหนดกฎหมาย
ทำงานรวมกบ QA / Production / Maintenance เพอผลกดน Zero Accident & Zero Contamination
เปนเลขานการ คปอ. และรวมตรวจประเมนทง FSSC surveillance audit และ Internal audit
Requirements
Qualifications:
ปรญญาตรดานอาชวอนามย / ความปลอดภย / วศวกรรม
ผานการอบรมหลกสตร เจาหนาทความปลอดภย ระดบวชาชพ ตามประกาศกระทรวง
ประสบการณในโรงงานอาหาร / Beverage / FMCG อยางนอย 2-3 ป
มความรระบบ GMP / HACCP / FSSC
มทกษะการวเคราะหความเสยง / RCA / รายงานอบตเหต
