Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver periodic financial dashboards variance analyses and performance reports.
- Ensure accuracy consistency and timeliness of all management information shared with stakeholders.
- Monitor budget utilization cost center performance and CAPEX progress.
- Support financial forecasting cash flow analysis and cost-control initiatives.
- Coordinate with SAP implementation teams to align finance module requirements for plant operations.
- Maintain SAP master data and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Work closely with procurement operations and project teams to gather financial inputs and resolve issues.
- Support audits compliance processes and financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or related field; 35 years of MIS experience in a project/manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a reputable manufacturing plant is required.
- Strong financial knowledge and MIS skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and analytical tools.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong ability to monitor and manage overall financial performance.
