Job Title: Creative Media & Communications Specialist
Location: El Segundo CA.
Overview
OMNI is seeking a versatile and innovative Creative Media & Communications Specialist to support cross-functional projects with a focus on video production digital content creation and strategic communications. This role blends creativity with structured project support helping to deliver engaging campaigns improve processes and communicate organizational goals effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong design and multimedia skills paired with organizational and project management abilities to drive impactful outcomes across diverse initiatives.
Key Qualifications
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions and identify/mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Formal education or experience in design film marketing communications or related arts/media disciplines.
Experience producing video contentfor training events or informational purposes.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative assets.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience creating digital content for public sector or government-focused initiatives(a plus but not required).
Basic familiarity with event promotion strategies.
Job requirements
Responsibilities
Create and execute creative videos artwork and marketing campaigns.
Design and implement innovative communication tactics to differentiate government offerings.
Support project managementand business improvement initiatives.
Develop and deliver strategic communication productsfor senior leadership and workforce reporting.
Conduct research on new regulations/policies assess implications for acquisition management and propose justifications for pilots or prototypes.
Build test maintain and update project management tools and templates; decommission outdated materials as needed.
Develop and track key success metrics including data collection monitoring project impact generating reports and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Active Secret clearance required.
