At Kongsberg Maritime Global Customer Support our mission is to deliver exceptional service to our customers!We are looking for a strategic systematic and driven manager to head our team of Project Managers responsible for some of Kongsberg Maritimes largest projects including upgrades and conversions of sailing vessels as well as new product development initiatives.

What you will be doing
Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled Project Managers.
Contribute to successful execution of integrated projects across KMs portfolio.
Set clear goals prioritize effectively and allocate resources.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
We think you should have
Technical and/or commercial higher education
Business attitude with commercial understanding and execution focus
People orientation self-drive and proactive team player approach
Experience from execution of complex projects and the aftermarket is an advantage.
5-7 years of experience leading technical teams or project managers.
Fluent in English and Norwegian (written and spoken).
You are able to
act on own initiative make things happen and accept responsibility for the results
demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to comprehend and identify complex structures and effectively propose and implement improvements.
use a methodical and systematic approach plan ahead define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively
communicate in a clear precise and structured way
