Job Summary

At MS Group our mission is Inspiring better financial futures. We do this through expert services in taxation business advisory self-managed superannuation administration and financial planning.

Join our inclusive and friendly team at MS Group as a permanent part time receptionist working every Monday Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30am till 5:00pm. This role is primarily based in our Shepparton Office with occasional travel to our Echuca or Kyabram offices as required.

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors youll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming first impression here at MS Group.

What youll be doing:

  • Your role is more than just answering phone calls its about setting the tone for every client experience.
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with genuine warmth
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and care
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedule appointments and keep things running smoothly
  • Keep the reception area tidy calm and inviting
  • Assist with filing and general admin tasks

Were looking for someone whos:

  • An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Experienced in reception or customer service
  • Comfortable working across teams and adapting to different environments
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Able to liaise with clients confidentially and professionally
