We are a down to earth easy going and compassionate team who would love to welcome an experienced and like-minded Part Time Receptionist!
Youll work in a large modern clinic alongside a team that loves coming to work and enjoys making a difference every day.
Greencross Tuggeranong is a busy fast-paced clinic which currently includes 4 vets (2 FT 2 PT) and a fantastic nursing team (9 nurses when were fully staffed)!
About The Role:
- You will be responsible for all reception duties including welcoming clients and patients on arrival answering the phone booking appointments through our patient management program taking and receipting payments sending and responding to emails from clients organising patient admission paperwork banking duties and other administrative tasks needed
- Triaging patients (which you will be trained on in induction)
- Providing general advice on vaccine schedules food and parasite prevention
About You:
- We need someone who is dependable punctual and consistent in performance - reliability is a must!
- Maintains accuracy and thoroughness ensuring tasks are completed precisely and nothing is overlooked
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to follow through on commitments.
- Communicates clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally
- Works effectively with team members contributing to a positive and productive team environment
