Were looking for a Motor Product & Strategy Specialist to contribute to the design and delivery of new motor insurance products. This 12-month contract role offers the chance to work across diverse teams and influence the future of our motor portfolio.
What Youll Do
- Design and document new motor insurance products aligned to our strategic roadmap
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to brief in product requirements and ensure products meet customer and business needs
- Use customer research and testing to validate product concepts and structure
- Communicate product design rationale across desirability viability and feasibility dimensions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Portfolio Pricing Distribution Claims Digital and Technology
- Support the delivery of product initiatives from concept through to implementation
What Youll Bring
- Motor Insurance experience mandatory
- 5 years experience in product design or development ideally within insurance or financial services
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills in complex environments
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
- Experience in program delivery and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to take product opportunities from idea to launch with a customer-first mindset
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Marketing Innovation or similar (preferred)
