Position Purpose:
The Design Assistant Lead provides administrative and advisory support to the Design Assistant Manager. The Design Assistant Lead supports and provides administrative assistance to a small team of Design Consultants and is responsible for leading tasks which include customer contacts vendor communications project development and reports management. The Design Assistant Lead also mentors and coaches Design Assistants and reinforces the mission goals and policies of the company. The ideal candidate for this role will be prompt dependable friendly motivated and be open to coaching and feedback.

The Design Assistant Lead supports Design Consultants (DCs) and customers with administrative operational and service functions ensuring efficient workflow accurate documentation lead management and timely resolution of customer issues. This role reports to the Sales Leader.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with critical thinking skills possessing a proactive approach to communication and task management. This role requires strong proficiency in data entry CRM management (Salesforce) and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer care.
