Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Technical Lead to serve as a subject matter expert in designing developing and implementing enterprise Guidewire this role you will lead technical stn/agy guide development teams and collabon/a closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality PolicyCenter implementations throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design development and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical specifications.
Drive technical architecture decisions and ensure best practices are followed.
Facilitate team collaboration through technical discussions and design reviews.
Mentor and guide developers fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Evaluate and integn/a new technologies to enhance system performance and user experience.
Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders managing expectations and key decisions.
Ensure delivery aligns with project timelines quality standards and client objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

Guidewire PolicyCenter: Expert level (8 years of hands-on experience).
Guidewire Integration: 5 years of experience.
Guidewire Advanced Product Designer (APD): 5 years of experience.
Technical Leadership: 2 3 years in a lead or architect role.
Strong experience leading teams in enterprise-scale Guidewire implementations.
