The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting Central Functions by driving strategic HR initiatives managing cross-functional projects and providing HR support. This role requires a proactive collaborative and highly organized professional who can navigate complex organizational dynamics and deliver impactful HR solutions.

Central Functions Support - Manage Central Functions and Employee relations
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP PHR) a plus.
8 years of progressive HR experience including business partnering.
5 years in Human Resources management.
Strong understanding of HR disciplines including talent management organizational development and employee relations.
Experience with Unions.
Experience supporting corporate or central functions in a global organization.
English proficiency is a must.
Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrixed environment.
