Our client a high-growth fashion brand is seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Manager to take full ownership of their HR operations and administrative functions. This is a critical hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives on driving efficiency ensuring compliance and fostering a positive productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the entire recruitment life cyclefrom strategic sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboardingto secure top talent for all departments.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop implement and continuously update comprehensive HR policies procedures and best practices that align with business objectives and all national labor laws and statutory regulations.
- HRIS & Payroll: Administer the MIHCM software for accurate management of payroll attendance employee benefits and detailed HR records/databases.
- Performance & Development: Oversee the performance management system supporting managers in goal setting conducting structured evaluations and delivering impactful training and development programs.
- Engagement & Culture: Design and execute effective employee engagement recognition and retention strategies to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
- Communication: Independently draft and distribute all official HR-related letters memos and professional employee communications.
Administration & Office Management
- Operational Oversight: Manage all day-to-day office operations to ensure seamless workflow organization and a professional workplace environment.
- Facilities & Vendor Management: Oversee office supplies facilities maintenance and strategic vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
- Team Supervision: Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient cross-departmental administrative support.
- Executive Support & Travel: Provide essential executive support to senior management including sophisticated calendar management documentation and managing complex travel and logistics (flights accommodation etc.).
- Data Security: Ensure robust data management systems absolute confidentiality of sensitive information and strict adherence to workplace safety and security protocols.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in HR Management Business Administration or a closely related field from a reputable private university (e.g. Bahria Szabist Iqra or similar second-tier institutions).
- Experience: 12 years of hands-on HR & administration experience with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial or sole-contributor role.
- Technical Expertise:
- Mandatory: Strong demonstrable experience and complete knowledge of MIHCM software for payroll and HR management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the entire HR operations spectrum including recruitment payroll compliance and performance management.
- Sound understanding of Pakistans labor laws HR policies and standard payroll processes.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership professional communication and problem-solving skills. Must possess the ability to draft official HR and administrative documents independently and flawlessly.
- Professionalism: Proven ability to manage all HR and Admin functions single-handedly and maintain the highest level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
- Software Proficiency: Expert in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
