Job Summary
We are delighted to be working with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Northamptonshire that is looking to appoint a dedicated KS2 Teacher from January 2026. This is a full-time permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to join a collaborative team committed to high-quality education.

KS2 Teacher Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Create a safe inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Assess pupil progress set targets and provide feedback to pupils and parents.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners ensuring every child thrives.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan moderate and share best practice.
Contribute to the wider life of the school including events and extracurricular opportunities.
KS2 Teacher Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
A secure understanding of the KS2 National Curriculum.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate pupils.
A reflective creative and adaptable approach to teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
