Job Summary
We are Pato - Munichs new hotspot for the trending sport of pickleball and the historic Reitschule we provide sport fun and a genuine community. To manage our daily operations were looking for you as an all-rounder who wants to support both at the front desk and with organizational and administrative tasks.
Tasks
- Front Desk Service:
- Welcoming and checking in our guests
- Brief instructions when needed (e.g. court rules rental equipment)
- Cashier activities managing court bookings
- Point of contact for quick questions about game rules and procedures
- Operations & Administration (rest of your time):
- Support in daily organization such as orders inventory management (balls paddles snacks)
- Collaboration on smaller projects (e.g. tournament preparations promotional activities improving internal processes)
- Possible involvement in other areas (marketing event planning sales) depending on interest and needs
- Cleaning and upkeep tasks
Requirements
- Enrolled student (any field of study sports or business administration advantageous but not required)
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and organizational tasks
- Sports-minded or curious to discover new sports - ideally enthusiasm for pickleball and golf
- Flexibly deployable including evenings or weekends (approx. 20 hours/week)
- Reliability teamwork skills and ability to work independently
