Training: Contractor will train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift receiving a 6% shift differential upon change.

Start date: 10/20/25 - candidates must be available to start on this date. No relocation assistance provided.

Summary:
-
Manufacture assemble and refurbish aircraft parts and structures (e.g. F-16 frames F-35 canopies C-130 sub-assemblies).
-
Perform controlled tooling and build-to-print assemblies.
-
Align parts on jigs using templates and fixtures; perform part-fitting operations such as filing sawing burring crimping trimming framing drilling reaming riveting countersinking and cold working.

Measure parts and verify dimensions; modify assemblies to incorporate changes or repairs.

Work from blueprints drawings specifications and shop orders.

Monitor quality develop corrective actions and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma required.
-
3 years of sheet metal assembly/aircraft sheet metal experience.
-
Proficiency with hand tools (torque wrenches drills riveting tools inspection tools etc.).

Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings or instructions.
-
Previous experience as an Assembler and/or Aircraft Structures Mechanic preferred.

Experience on F-16 C-130 or F-35 aircraft structures is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team; effective communication with co-workers and supervisors.

Basic mathematical skills and ability to read and interpret technical data.

Competent with computers and systems to access maintain and manipulate data.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
