Job Description

Job Title :Child Welfare IT Support Specialist (Training User Support Regulatory Compliance 5 Years)

Location: Buffalo NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

  • Experience providing IT support within a child welfare environment including child protective services foster care/permanency or preventive services.
  • Background in supporting child welfare information systems ensuring functionality and reliability for caseworkers and staff.
  • Experience delivering user support in child welfare settings through training or technical assistance both in classroom and on-the-job environments; includes preparing user documentation and desk aids to support understanding of business operations and training.
  • Experience working on large-scale child welfare applications (15000 users) from initial needs assessment through implementation ongoing support and follow-up activities.
  • Knowledge and experience interpreting regulations and guidelines governing child welfare practices and program outcomes.
  • Bachelors degree required.
