Experience Required: 12 years in Network and AV Infrastructure Design & Implementation
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead the design implementation and optimization of enterprise-level network and AV infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco networking technologies AV systems and load balancing solutions with a strong understanding of firewall configurations and collaboration platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable network solutions using Cisco Routing & Switching technologies.
- Configure and optimize dynamic routing protocols including BGP EIGRP and OSPF.
- Implement and manage Netscaler Load Balancer for high availability and traffic distribution.
- Lead AV infrastructure design and deployment using Crestron and Neat Panel devices.
- Administer and maintain Cisco Call Manager including Publisher and Subscriber configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AV and network systems.
- Provide basic configuration and troubleshooting support for Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning for network and AV systems.
- Document architecture designs standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching.
- In-depth knowledge of BGP EIGRP OSPF protocols.
- Experience with Netscaler Load Balancer configuration and management.
- Familiarity with Crestron and Neat Panel AV devices.
- Proficiency in Cisco Call Manager administration (Publisher/Subscriber).
- Basic understanding of Palo Alto Firewall setup and policies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNP CCIE Palo Alto PCNSA) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise-level AV and network deployments.
- Exposure to hybrid collaboration environments.
