Schedule

Monday through Friday 5 shifts per week
Variable day and evening shifts
8- or 10-hour shifts based on department needs
Includes required call: weeknights weekends and holidays
Travel and local rates are the same. No radius rule applies.

Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment. The nurse will provide high-quality care during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures supporting patients before during and after procedures while collaborating closely with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures including pre-assessment intra-procedure monitoring and post-recovery care.
Independently administer and monitor conscious sedation.
Respond to emergencies and escalate care appropriately.
Take call shifts independently and respond within required timeframes.
Accurately document care in the electronic medical record.
Work collaboratively with physicians technicians and other team members to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

Active New York RN license at time of submission
Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience; Endoscopy strongly preferred
Ability to independently take call and perform conscious sedation
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Compliance Requirements

Compliance must be completed by two Fridays prior to start date
Includes 10-panel drug screen (within 30 days of start) education verification online modules and badge photo
No more than 7 days of requested time off approved

Compensation: $120000 $130000 annually
